The rules for using the Available Exotics marketplace.

The marketplace

Available Exotics is a listing and request platform. Rentals and sales are agreements between renters or buyers and independent owners. We are not a party to those agreements and do not operate vehicles.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account and meet each owner’s stated requirements to rent. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

Owner listings

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality and condition of their vehicles, their own insurance, and the terms of their rental agreements.

Fees

Searching and requesting is free for renters. Owners pay a flat annual plan. We charge no commission on rentals or sales.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Available Exotics is not liable for damages arising from any rental or sale arranged through the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
